Loyalty Lighthouse appointed by Jaguar Land Rover

Loyalty Lighthouse has been appointed by Jaguar Land Rover's Drive Pivotal business to help create and manage a member loyalty program.

Drive Pivotal is a vehicle on subscription service allowing customers full flexibility to drive, pause and change their vehicles. The super flexible service is a no hassle offering from JLR which includes servicing and insurances.

Loyalty Lighthouse has been appointed to work on the design, creation and on-going management of the loyalty recognition program that runs alongside to reward the most loyal customers.
